Conference Room Upgrade with Automation Touchscreen

Installed for Singleton Council in the Committee Room. This is a complete overhaul of the AV conference system. After the inital consultation our recommendations was a table mounted automation touchscreen to control the entire AV system. Some features built into the AV system through the ELAN automation touchscreen includes controlling all the table mount HDMI ports, controlling all the lights within the room, adjusting the audio volume from the flush mount ceiling speakers. Based upon what is selected on the touchscreen and – specific lights are setup to either turn on or off.

• Elan Automation including a 8 inch table mounted touch screen
• Australian Monitor PA audio amplifier
• Blustream HDMI switching and HDBaseT
• Pro AV Edge 8 port HDMI switch
• Epson projector
• Screen Goo projector screen paint
• Vera Edge for lighting control
• Ubiquiti 16 port network switch
• Polycom conference
• On the table is three HDMI ports and three data ports
